Senior Executive Visa
This provisional business visa is for senior executive employees of a major overseas business, who have significant net assets and a genuine and realistic commitment to work in Australia by participating in the management of a new or existing business in Australia. A State/Territory sponsored visa is also available under this visa type.
All applicants must be less than 45 years old (less than 55 years old for the State/Territory sponsored visa) and meet health and character criteria. Applicants must also be senior executives from overseas who, through their experience, have gained the skills to successfully manage a business in Australia. Certain business visa applicants will also need to meet the English language requirement.
